About The Neighbourhood Group

Incorporated in 2021, The Neighbourhood Group is the collaboration of  three intrinsically linked subsidiary companies, namely Neighbourhood Lettings, Neighbourhood Developments & Neighbourhood Construction.

Operating throughout the North West of England and North Wales, we commit to adding value and improving the neighbourhoods that we live, work and socialise in.

North Wales

The Neighbourhood Directors and Senior Management team members have strong ties to North Wales and for this reason took the decision in 2022 to expand our operations within the region with Gywnedd being our base on which to grow and expand our business. 

We are aware and fully understand the increased pressures on the local welsh community and for this reason stringently stick to our business ethos of "committing to and adding value to the areas that we operate in".  All our developments are carefully selected to ensure added value from inception, through to delivery and live operation;

• Focus on dilapidated and un-used/derelict properties, ensuring we do not take-up housing stock that is of interest or otherwise to local residents i.e. diluting the local housing stock.
• Ensure local sub-contractors are notified of planned works and offered the opportunity to work with us.
• Procure where possible, all materials from local regional suppliers.
• Provide high-end holiday let accommodation that is used 12 months of the year bringing well needed tourism to the area year-round.
• Provide year round job opportunities and income for multiple local residents (Cleaners, gardeners, general maintenance etc)
