What a way to start 2024!!! 

Via Daffyd Hardy, The Neighbourhood Group have  successfully negotiated the purchase of Tyddyn Bistle with the Welsh Assembly. Both Internally and externally, the property is in need of full renovation and is the perfect fit for our in-house development team to restore this property to its former glory. 

We are excited to announce the agreement (STP) on our next holiday let development in North Wales. We expect to complete early in 2024, commencing works on-site Q1/Q2 2024 upon the completion of Orchard Cottage. When complete this will provide a mixture of two and three bed holiday let units around a central courtyard. 

As we expand our business we are pleased to have bolstered our team with additional members to assist in delivering our on-site operations. 

We are delighted to have completed the purchase of Orchard Cottage, Pant Road, Caernarfon. This development will add a further 8 bedrooms across two properties to our holiday let portfolio.

Our construction team have completed the renovation of 92 Lord Street bringing this dilapidated terraced house back to life and ready for its new tenants. 

Our first holiday let property has gone live on Air BnB & Booking.com.
