Isgoed, Caernarfon

Location

Isgoed, is located along the North Wales Coastline on the outskirts of the historical city walls of Cearnarfon.

The property is perfectly positioned to give our guests easy access to the many picturesque Welsh Villages (Bedgellert, Bews-Y-Coed, Abesroch etc). The isle of Anglesey is short ten-minute drive North & the foot of Snowdon a short, ten-minute drive South.

The historic town of Caernarfon with all it's cafe's, bars & restaurants & coastline is a brief walk away. 

The Property

The former detached lodge-house has a quirky layout, being spread over three-floors the property was completely renovated to a high-standard in 2022. The three-bedroom property comprises of the following;

  • 1nr Triple bunk room (double lower bunk)

Hot-Tub

Hot-Tub - In order to maximise your stay with-us, we have opted to install a 4-person hot-tub complete with Blue-Tooth connectivity & sound system.

The hot-tub is located to ensure seclusion at the rear of the property and is bound by the adjacent fields - a great place to open a bottle of wine and star-gaze.


Office/Gaming Room

We understand that there is sometime the need to check-on emails, or gamers to take themselves off, get their head-sets on & game the night-away. Our property comes complete with its own separate office/gaming room complete with desk, monitor & chair (a playstation 4 also resides at the property).

It was perfect for our family chrostmas get together. The hosts were lovely Ns left us some treats for our stay. We highly recommend, especially if youre lookng for somewhere close to the town, mountains and beach.

 Lovely property and great location with some of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever had! It was a great home base for how we wanted to explore Wales. Interior was clean and quiet but it did feel like the place was lacking some attention overall which made us feel the value didn’t hit the 5 star mark.

 Everything was amazing, from the location (close enough to walk downtown), to the beautiful cabin to the hot tub! Everything was wonderful. We had a very responsive host - he gave recommendations to places to visit and was easily reachable if we needed anything.

 Had a great stay. Lovely place, great location and amenities. Restaurants/takeaways around the location were beautiful. Lovely views and perfect area for walks. Absolutely no faults. Sam was super responsive and helpful, had queried if there was a sweeping brush/dustpan and brush to keep tidy as couldn’t locate any, Sam responded immediately and had one delivered via Amazon the following morning. No complaints whatsoever, just perfect. Would absolutely stay again and can’t wait to go back!

 Only 15/20 minutes to Snowdon, so ideal for us. Location is just off the main road but still peaceful and quiet. We had a large group but still plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend and would stay again. Many thanks
